Returns You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
